I am very thankful for the great expertise and knowledge of Dr. Baez, and especially the rest of the staff for their patient care and service at Tierrasanta Dental Group. From the front desk to the exam room, the level of attention to detail in ensuring a great experience is A+. The office is super clean, front desk checks you in efficiently, updates you on any changes in wait time, hygenists and dental assistant are very knowledgeable and helpful as well, and the team has dedicated staff that know how to handle insurance and plenty of payment options as well. And I highly recommend Dr. Baez again for her knowledge, skill and great patient care . You can tell that everyone seems to be on the same page and has the same mission to deliver exceptional care, and I really appreciated that! My gums and teeth are very happy now as well , so very thankful!

I live in the san marcos area, and had been looking for a dentist for about a year. I had gone to two different places and they both treated me like more of a burden and a wallet than a person. Then I was recommended the Tierrasanta Dental Group by a family friend. So I decided to give it a try, and I can absolutely see why it was recommended. From the moment I walked in, it smelled nice, it was clean and Ben greeted my immediately. He was very nice and made me laugh and seemed genuinely interested in my day. Later on he helped me with scheduling and billing and was super clear, understandable and helpful. Natalie helped me do my x-rays and was super nice and patient when I told her I was a bit sensitive. She made me feel comfortable and heard. At the end, Latisha helped me get my next checkup scheduled and just carried on that great personal feeling and welcoming atmosphere. I am someone who feeds off of the energy of other people, and there wasn’t one person at this location that had bad energy. I know everyone at a dentist works hard, and may be been tired or irritated, but I couldn’t tell. They were perfectly nice to me, listened and answered all the questions I had. And made my experience a great one. I definitely found my dentist, and will be coming back every 6 months!
